Anil Dhirubhai Ambani has resigned as the director of Reliance Communications.
Besides Anil Ambani, four directors including Virani, Raina Karani, Manjari Kakkar and Suresh Rangachar have also resigned.

Information that the resignation documents have been sent to the BSE and NSE of the company.
